Project Description

In this two-year, multi-million project, ISC renovated six floors of law offices and interior stairwell, and built out three additional floors in an expansion for Bryan Cave, a leading business and litigation firm with more than 250 lawyers in its St. Louis office. Because many fixtures and finishes required long lead times, the project required considerable planning and coordination to items to meet schedule requirements and minimize disruption to the busy law practice. Completing two floors at a time, ISC performed the work in six phases, temporarily relocating affected employees to a vacant floor while construction was ongoing.

The renovation included a two-story atrium, dining area, library and the firm’s main reception area, which featured marble flooring and Bubinga millwork throughout.
